Join us for the next Washington Climate Action Peer Network meeting, to be hosted virtually on Zoom on Thursday, January 22, from 9-10 a.m.
 
In this meeting, Lawyers for Good Government (L4GG) will share information on the current state of the clean energy tax credits available through elective pay, as established under the Inflation Reduction Act. L4GG will provide a brief presentation outlining where the credits stand today, highlight key concerns and common questions from stakeholders, and offer insight on how these issues are being addressed. They will also give an overview of the WA CETCAP (Washington Clean Energy Tax Credit Assistance Program) and the technical assistance services that are available to Washington state entities developing clean energy projects.
