Preparing Effective Staff Reports

Event Policies

Certain policies are specific to the given training. Please review these carefully. 

Refund Policy: Refunds will be provided minus a 5% administrative fee until the registration deadline at 5 PM on Wednesday, May 20, 2026. No refunds for cancelations or no-shows after the registration deadline. To request a refund, please contact Jacob Rice (jrice@mrsc.org).

Payment Policy: Payment is completed online by card. If you need to be billed to pay offline, there will be a $5.00 administrative fee added to the total cost of registration. To request an invoice, please contact Jacob Rice (jrice@mrsc.org) before registering.

Group Registration: Registrants may add additional group members during registration, each of whom will receive their own personal link to join the virtual training. Sharing virtual links or viewing the training in a group setting without registering is strictly prohibited.

Webinar Recording: This webinar will be recorded, and a link to view the recording will be emailed to all registrants within 3 business days following the event, regardless of attendance. If you cancel your registration, you will not receive the recording link. Many of our webinar recordings are also made available at a reduced cost on our On-Demand Webinars page.

Certificates of Attendance: Registrants who attend the majority of the live training will receive a link to download their certificate of attendance within 3 business days following the event. If you attend but do not receive your certificate link, please contact Jacob Rice (jrice@mrsc.org).
